Abandoned
Babies are rejected at birth, sometimes thrown in the garbage. Others are left alone on the streets, hungry and thirsty.
In Pakistan, abandoned children survive on the streets or are forced to work from the age of 4 or 5. They are our brothers and sisters in the faith.
Your gift today helps give them safety, food, education and the means to build a future of dignity and hope.
These orphans are abandoned, mistreated and forced to beg or work in inhumane conditions to survive, in a country where Christians are severely oppressed.

Held captive in forced labour, in extreme heat of 113 °F. This boy carries 120 lb of bricks on his back, barefoot, and is beaten every day.
Captured to be exploited, they work with no way out and no chance to go to school.
To survive, they must beg or search for food in the garbage. Exposed to violence, gangs and abuse.
These little ones are our brothers and sisters in the faith. They know violence, fear and abandonment.
With love and compassion, help us give them the food they need, a safe refuge, tenderness and the hope they so badly need.
🤍 I want to help a childIn 2025, a few Christians in Canada who did not know each other answered the same call from God: to help 40 persecuted orphans in Pakistan, whom a Pakistani Christian had taken in and was feeding with all his strength, despite his own persecution.
That is how the non-profit organization Hands Together (Mains Ensemble in French) was born.
Our team is 100% volunteer. Your gifts go directly to support the orphans in Pakistan, through our two native missionaries. We are in touch with them every week and receive financial reports from them with receipts, photos and videos.
To rescue and protect persecuted Christian orphans and children who are abandoned, mistreated or exploited, by giving them safety, food, education and the tools they need to build an independent future, in dignity and hope.
We also support the most vulnerable persecuted Christians and widows through humanitarian aid, tools and education that help them become independent and take charge of their lives.
Abandoned on the street: hunger, thirst, extreme heat.

Fed, loved, educated.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me. Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:35-36, 40
$50 a month covers all of a child's needs: three meals a day, clothing, hygiene products, schooling and a roof. Above all, that child is rescued from the street, hunger, abuse and forced labour.
If many of us give the amount God has placed on our hearts, we will be able to build the Refuge of Hope and rescue even more children.

Today, 40 orphans live in two rented houses, in difficult conditions:
We urgently need a building to welcome more children. With no more room, we can no longer take in other orphans in danger and give them a safe refuge.

Over the years, hundreds of children will be rescued thanks to this refuge.
At 5 years old, Nehemia was rescued by our missionary. He had been abandoned on the street with his brother and sister, aged 2 and 3. He searched through garbage at a hospital entrance, living with hunger, thirst and fear.
Today Nehemia is 10. He is loved, fed and clothed. He is first in his class and received an award trophy.
Help us build the Refuge of Hope to house Nehemia and rescue other children like him.
🤍 I give to build the RefugeWe have also provided practical help to the poorest widows and Christian families.
Our team is entirely volunteer. Your gifts therefore go directly to the field in Pakistan, to the most vulnerable.
